About the Role
Downey Law Group LLC/DLG Closing is a growing law practice dedicated to providing exceptional client service in real estate conveyancing, estate planning, and probate law. We are seeking a motivated attorney to join our team and help drive our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all facets of the real estate closing process, including preparing title documents, Closing Disclosures, closing packages, and title insurance policies.
Provide legal counsel and services in the areas of estate planning and probate law.
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Experience in real estate conveyancing, including the preparation of closing documents and title policies.
Experience in estate planning and probate law.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality client service.
A proactive, self-starting attitude with a positive work ethic.
