If you are buying a condominium, we will review the condominium documents either with you or on your behalf, prepare, negotiate, and finalize the Purchase and Sale agreement, review the Purchase and Sale agreement with you, review the mortgage commitment letter, coordinate the closing with the conveyancing attorney, review the final Settlement Statement with you, prepare a declaration of homestead, and attend the closing.
