About the Role
Downey Law Group LLC/DLG Closing is a growing legal firm specializing in estate planning, real estate conveyancing, business law, and more. We are seeking an organized and motivated Administrative/Legal Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our attorneys and paralegal staff. If you're experienced in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new tools, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with routine functions such as fielding phone calls from clients and
drafting correspondence to clients,
Assist the attorneys and paralegal staff with various tasks as needed, and
Assist with special projects, special events and marketing.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Willingness to learn new software, such as Qualia and Canva.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus.
