DOWNEY LAW GROUP WELCOMES NEW COUNSEL

Downey Law Group, LLC/DLG Closing welcomes Attorney Arianna A. Gallagher to their growing law practice based in Topsfield and Haverhill, Mass.  Arianna is an experienced real estate conveyancing attorney in both residential and commercial property transactions, having practiced law since 2014.  A Boxford native, Arianna graduated from Massachusetts School of Law in 2014, and is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Her area of focus is representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers, in both real estate conveyancing and land use matters.

Arianna joins a vibrant, client-centric law firm.  Downey Law Group LLC/DLG Closing now has eight attorneys, including Brian P. Downey, Caitlin M. Masys, Thomas J. Sullivan, Aubrie L. Gallagher, James P. Cleary III, Joseph A. Cleary, and John J. O’Keefe.  Attorney Brian Downey commented, “We are excited to welcome Attorney Gallagher to our growing law practice, particularly in the area of real estate conveyance as this will allow us to better serve our valued clients.  We will continue to do all aspects property law, including land use and zoning, as well as estate planning and trusts, probate administration, and corporate law.”

Arianna resides in Newburyport with her husband and two children, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
